WHEN CAN I GET TO MY BELONGINGS?
You will have 24 Hour access to your storage unit 365 days a year. You will be given a gate code that will allow you to access your storage unit at your convenience.

We offer month to month leases, with a minimum of a one month lease. We do however offer discounts if you decide to pay in advance. Ask a Chavers associate for details.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO MOVE OUT?
We understand that you live a busy lifestyle and are not always able to plan ahead. We do not require a move out notice. When you have actually moved all of your belongings out of your unit, swept the unit clean, then come by the office and fill out a quick and easy move out form so we can make sure that we have any updated information on you so that we can get any refunds mailed back to you at the correct address.
ARE DRIVE UP UNITS AVAILABLE?
All of our non-climate controlled units are able to be parked right in front of. Many of our climate controlled units are close to an exterior door and our freindly, helpful associates will do everything they can to put you nearest to the closest exterior door. All of our climate controlled buildings do have multiple exterior doors for your convenience.
WHAT ARE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS?
Climate controlled units are air conditioned and heated units. All of our climate controlled units are inside a climate controlled building. You will have to transport your belongings down a hallway to your storage unit.
WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?
Rent is due on the anniversary of your move-in date
